ACCEPTABLE FILE FORMATS

AD SIZE All slides / ads should be 13.33' wide by 7.5" high.* * Although we are able to resize your ad to fit the screen, anything too wide or too tall may necessitate having blank space around the ad on the screen. |

WHAT ABOUT ANIMATION? If you are sending your ad as a PowerPoint file, you are welcome to add animation/transition effects. Please keep in mind the ads will run for 30 seconds so be sure to time the transitions accordingly. |

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY Harmony, Inc. regrets any error that may occur through the production of type and art but cannot be held responsible for errors if the work is printed per the customer's OK or if changes/corrections are communicated verbally. Harmony, Inc. shall not be responsible for errors if the customer has failed to return all copy and proofs with clear indication of changes or has instructed Harmony, Inc. to proceed without the submission of proofs. |
